Refund policy

Return Window

CartlixShop accepts returns within 15 days from the delivery date.
If your return is received after 15 days, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on the total order amount.


Refund Process

  • All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags unbroken, and in original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund method depends on timing:

  • Returned within 10 days → Refund to original payment method

  • Returned between 11–15 days → Store credit

  • After 15 days → Store credit only (plus possible restocking fee)


Change of Mind or Sizing Issue

If the return is due to change of mind or wrong size selection:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply for full refunds.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • After 150 days, we only offer store credit (no cash refunds).


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label, or

  • Reimburse your return shipping cost

We will then send you a replacement product free of charge.


Refund Timeframe

  • Refund processed within 10 days after we receive the returned parcel.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once refund is completed.

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.


Return Shipping (Non-defective items)

  • You pay your own return shipping costs (unless item is damaged/defective).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. CartlixShop is not responsible for lost returns.


Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries.

  • Domestic orders (same item, different size/color) → We waive return & new shipping cost.

  • International customers → Contact us at wajidalinissa@gmail.com for assistance.

Exchange timing rules:

  • Within 15 days of delivery → Free exchange

  • After 15 days → 20% restocking fee applies

  • After 15 days → No returns or exchanges accepted


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-sized or personalized products

  • Bondage items / clothing

  • Items marked as Final Sale
