At CartlixShop, we are committed to delivering your dark style statements safely and swiftly. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding shipping methods, rates, delivery times, and international obligations.

Important:
DHL cannot ship to international P.O. Box addresses.
All international and Canadian orders require a verifiable physical shipping address.
2. International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada)
We proudly ship worldwide using DHL as our primary carrier for customers outside the United States and Canada. We are unable to offer alternative couriers at this time.

International Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.
3. Standard Shipping (Within USA & Canada)

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $299.99 USD.

Standard Shipping carriers: FedEx SmartPost, DHL, UPS.

Estimated delivery time: Please allow 0–7 business days for standard shipping (excluding weekends/holidays).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside the USA are subject to import duties, fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer).

No control: CartlixShop has no control over customs processes, inspection delays, or additional charges.

No benefit: We do not benefit financially from any customs, duty, or tax fees.

No reimbursement: We are not responsible for paying or refunding any duties, fees, or taxes incurred during delivery.
Delays may occur if your package is randomly selected for inspection by your country’s Customs Department or Agency. We work closely with our carriers and brokers to minimize delays, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines once a package is in customs.
5. Shipping to Canada
All standard shipping rules apply to Canadian orders.

Duties & taxes: Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected at the time of delivery.

Import approval: It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges (duties, fees, and taxes).
6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. CartlixShop is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or mistyped address. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. For additional support, reach out to us at wajidalinissa@gmail.com.
