Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
if you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Important:
DHL cannot ship to international P.O. Box addresses.
All international and Canadian orders require a verifiable physical shipping address.

2. International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada)

We proudly ship worldwide using DHL as our primary carrier for customers outside the United States and Canada. We are unable to offer alternative couriers at this time.

• International Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

3. Standard Shipping (Within USA & Canada)

• Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $299.99 USD.
• Standard Shipping carriers: FedEx SmartPost, DHL, UPS.
• Estimated delivery time: Please allow 0–7 business days for standard shipping (excluding weekends/holidays).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders shipping to a destination outside the USA are subject to import duties, fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

• Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer).
• No control: CartlixShop has no control over customs processes, inspection delays, or additional charges.
• No benefit: We do not benefit financially from any customs, duty, or tax fees.
• No reimbursement: We are not responsible for paying or refunding any duties, fees, or taxes incurred during delivery.

Delays may occur if your package is randomly selected for inspection by your country’s Customs Department or Agency. We work closely with our carriers and brokers to minimize delays, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines once a package is in customs.

5. Shipping to Canada

All standard shipping rules apply to Canadian orders.

• Duties & taxes: Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected at the time of delivery.
• Import approval: It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges (duties, fees, and taxes).
